Case Study - Re-levelling and rejuvenating this Wokingham Garden.

Recently, we were asked to complete this re-leveling and rejuvenation project at a property in Wokingham, Berkshire.

The property consisted of a large outdoor fully artificial garden that was extensively used all year round. In addition, due to usage, it had experienced a dip that caused an undulation that affected the look and feel of the artificial turf.

Re-levelling and rejuvenating.

We began by lifting the artificial turf and the membrane and clearing the area of any debris. We then used a spirit level which detailed the amount of sharp sand needed to create a smooth finish.

The next part of the process was to use a whacker plate to compact the sand to smooth. This allowed the artificial grass to lay better when returning it to it's original position.

As the artificial grass is highly used we finished with a power brush of the area which brought the pile back up to it's original height. This provides much needed coverage, reduced the way it absorbs heat, and provides a much more natural feel for the client.
